1. Suppose we had a logic which defined []X as 'It is always the case that X'. What rules would be plausible? What sorts of statements could the logic handle?
2. In class it
was suggested that an epistemic or doxastic logic approach could be taken to
other propositional attitudes. Try that for the attitude of 'Desire.' The
epistemic logic gave lots of problems with interpretation: is your new logic ('etheletic'?)
more straightforward?
