        Plans of my new place.

        My new place (still being furnished.) 

        Exterior view: I have breakfast behind the palm leaves on the weekend. So tropical.

       The hallway looking towards the two downstairs bedrooms.

       Looking back to the door. Note the internal access to the car. I treat weather with disdain.

        Downstairs bathroom. 

        Second bedroom. Notice the banana lounger outside. The essentials are there.

        Third bedroom is my study. Very convenient. 

        Top floor from the steps. The lounge area. The air conditioner is above the 3-seater. How did I live without one?

        From lounge over the table to the kitchen and main bedroom. Note the laptop: there's a home wireless network, now I can work and browse and watch telly. Hmm.

        Just FYI, there are the steps behind the TV.

        In the main bedroom. At right are the walk-in-robe and the ensuite.

        And here's the ensuite. Note the bath, which I can't imagine ever using.
